RUN LIL HIPPOS RUN!!

so i was really inspired when i couldn't sleep last night by the "pastels over nude" accent from Felipe Oliveira Baptista's summer 2011 collection. although i feel that i've failed to carry that through in this piece that i just did tonight...( i think i was going too crazy w/ the color mixing..) this took me 3 hours straight, mixing about 16 dif colors, screen-printing each hippo and hand-painting lil silver hearts all over...although the end product was less than expected, i say, "practice is BETTER than perfect!!" =)... thinking of doing some crafty finish to the edges~ then you got yourself an awesome spring/summer scarf =)
